Bank feed problem

Revolut bank feed broken in Xero

A broken Revolut feed leaves Xero missing recent transactions. Fix it in two moves: renew the connection, then import what the feed skipped.

Why the feed stopped

Revolut's Xero feed uses Open Banking, which requires re-consent every 90 days. When consent expires the feed stops from that date — common with Revolut given multiple accounts and currencies.

Reconnecting doesn't close the gap

Renewing restores the feed going forward but not the missing window. Those transactions — often across currencies — need importing by hand, cleanly.

The fix — import the missing transactions

Export a Revolut CSV for the gap period (Revolut app → statements → Excel/CSV), run it through the Revolut → Xero preset, and import. The Started Date column is mapped, multi-currency handled, description cleaned — ready to reconcile.

Close the gap in one click

Export the CSV for the missing period, map it with the Revolut → Xero preset, download a clean file that reconciles. Free to start, client-side, nothing uploaded.
