Not like the usual ones. Most PDF converters (DocuClipper, MoneyThumb and similar) upload your statement to a server and OCR-guess the numbers off an image - fine until a misread digit lands in your accounts. StatementFlow reads the text in a digital PDF (or a CSV) right in your browser, so it isn't uploaded to convert and nothing is OCR-guessed, then checks every figure against the statement's own balance before you export. It handles the digital statements your bank gives you, not scanned pictures of them.
Pro lets you build a custom recipe for any CSV — you don't need a preset. The 13 named banks are the ones with built-in recipes that work out of the box. If your bank is missing, tell us and we'll add it.
Annual works out to £12 a month - about 20% off monthly. You pay £144 once, then nothing for 12 months. Cancel any time; refunds are pro-rata per our Refund Policy.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Your saved recipes stay; you'll just be limited to three again.
For UK and EU customers, VAT is added at checkout at the applicable rate by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices shown are ex-VAT.
Converting your statement happens entirely in your browser, so the file you convert isn't uploaded to us. The only time your data reaches our servers is if you choose to save a converted file to your history so you can re-download it later, and you can delete saved files any time. Saved files and your recipes (the column-mapping definitions) are stored in Supabase with row-level security.
Bank feeds are great if your bank is supported and the feed is reliable. StatementFlow is for when feeds aren't an option: legacy banks, multiple accounts across providers, bookkeepers with client CSVs landing in their inbox, and anyone doing a back-fill or one-off reconciliation.
